Mike Wells now will be redevoting all of his time to the Portland, Oregon/Clark County, Washington market for Panattoni Development Company, one of the nation’s leading commercial and industrial real estate development firms. Prior to this, Wells was in charge of the company’s activities in Portland, Oregon and Seattle, Washington.
Wells, a partner in the firm, was instrumental in hiring Bart Brynestad as a new partner to direct Panattoni’s operations in Seattle. Brynestad also had been active in the Seattle market for Opus Northwest, LLC.
