Our history began as an industrial developer and that still remains true today. We have a proven track record in the development, construction, and management of industrial space. Since 2013, we have developed an average of +/- 35,000,000 square feet per year. Through our experienced professionals operating from a large network of offices, we are able to provide the right solutions for each of our clients. Whether the development is local, national or international, we can respond quickly to the client’s development needs.

With our international network and local market expertise, Panattoni is uniquely equipped to deliver state-of-the-art, class A office developments. Our urban and suburban expertise includes medical office, data centers, research and development and mid-rise office buildings. We have delivered multiple high-class office buildings including: California State Teacher’s Retirement System (CalSTRS), Health Net, Inc., Fidelity Real Estate Company, and Bank of America.

A significant portion of Panattoni’s developments are build-to-suit assignments. We have completed over 211 million square feet of build-to-suit projects since inception. Clients include: BMW, Caterpillar,  Amazon, Best Buy, Georgia-Pacific, Bridgestone, Michelin, Volkswagen, and Whirlpool. We provide an in-house structure with experienced professionals to provide the skills and a comprehensive approach to meet the specific needs of the client. Those skills include: development, construction management, asset management and capital markets.
