Oak Valley Shopping Center serves one of the fastest growing communities in Southern California – Beaumont. There are approximately 5,000 new homes within 3 miles of the site and another 5,000 planned in the next couple of years. The project has excellent visibility to Interstate 10 and is adjacent to Oak Valley Country Club – one of two PGA courses in the area.
