The proposed Twin Peaks Mall redevelopment is primed to take advantage of the best retail site in the growing Longmont trade area. With superior visibility from the dominant intersection at Highway 119 and Hover Road, this site is ideal for redevelopment. Panattoni Development Company acquired the site in the Fall of 2007 which includes an existing 556,000 square foot indoor mall and several outparcels. As of July 2008, plans are being formulated with the City of Longmont, retailers, and other stake holders to redevelop the property into a more vibrant retail and entertainment destination. Final build out will include a state of the art movie theater and restaurant district, a grocer, as well as an improved national and local tenant mix to serve the Longmont community.
