Cross-dock building for TNT – Roche la Molière

Panattoni Europe develops and manages flex, logistics and office parks nationwide. The firm has been operating in France since 2007.

In 2008, Panattoni Europe built a 4,000 sqm cross-dock building near Saint-Etienne for TNT. A 20,000 sqm extenstion near Orléans and a 5,500 sqm extension in Salon de Provence are currently being built for ND Logistics. In addition, Panattoni Europe is acquiring a 27 Ha plot on the multi-modal site of Port-Jérôme II, near Le Havre Port, to build a rail, canal, and sea-linked logistics park totalling 120,000 sqm as well as a site near Bordeaux to build an 18,000 sqm logistics park.
