Panattoni Europe is a full-service real estate development company specializing in logistics and retail operations. In addition, the company has the capability and expertise to develop office projects. The firm began operating in Italy in 2007 and has an office in Milan.

In March 2008, Panattoni Europe began construction of its first Italian project, the Rolo Logistics Park. This is a large, multi-phased project of approximately 120,000 square meters in the community of Rolo, located between Reggio Emilia and Modena in the Emilia Romagna region. The first phase of 75,000 sqm has already been leased. The second phase is available for lease in units starting from 6,000 sqm.

Panattoni Europe currently has two retail parks under construction. The first project is located in Voghera (near Pavia) approximately 50 km south of Milan and the completion is scheduled for October 2011. The second park of approximately 15.000 sqm is located in Fiume Veneto (Pordenone Province) and will open by June 2011.

Panattoni Europe acquires land and engages local general contractors to build warehouses, logistics parks, shopping centers and retail parks. Upon completion of each project, Panattoni Europe leases and sells the projects.
