Rolo Logistics Park – Warehouse F
Panattoni Europe is a full-service real estate development company specializing in logistics and retail operations. In addition, the company has the capability and expertise to develop office projects. The firm began operating in Italy in 2007 and has offices in Milan and Rome.

In March 2008, Panattoni Europe began construction of its first Italian project, the Rolo Logistics Park. This is a large, multi-phased project of approximately 100,000 square meters in the community of Rolo, located between Reggio Emilia and Modena in the Emilia Romagna region. The first phase of 50,000 sqm has already been leased. The second phase is available for lease in units starting from 6,000 sqm.

In April 2009, Panattoni Europe acquired a plot of land in Voghera to develop a retail park. The project location is near Pavia, approximately 50 km south of Milan.

Panattoni Europe acquires land and engages local general contractors to build warehouses, logistics parks, shopping centers and retail parks. Upon completion of each project, Panattoni Europe leases and sells the projects.
