RINGGOLD, GA-- Panattoni Development Company, Inc., one of the nation’s largest real estate developers, has been selected by the Catoosa County Economic Development Authority to develop a 50 acre business park off Hwy 151, 1 mile west of I-75 in Ringgold, GA. The appointment of Panattoni by the members of the authority was unanimous. Panattoni will develop 500,000 square feet of buildings of institutional quality. They will target industry groups such as distribution, transportation, manufacturing and automotive related businesses.
