Arlington, TX--Cleveland Steel Container Corporation signed a 52,000 square foot lease with Panattoni Development Company, Inc. in the Forum 303 Crossing Business Park. The project is located at 3221 East Arkansas Lane in Arlington, TX. The container firm will be utilizing the facility for the distribution of plastic, steel and tin containers for the paint industry.
The Class A distribution facility is located within the larger 364,129 square foot Building B, which is one of two facilities that comprise over 500,000 square feet of industrial and distribution capabilities within the business park.
Stan McClure and Steve Koldyke of CB Richard Ellis negotiated on behalf of Panattoni Development. Jim Hazard of Transwestern represented the tenant. Financing is being provided by Capital One.
Panattoni Development Company (PDC) is a privately held, full service development company founded in 1986. During the last five years, the firm has averaged nearly 15 million square feet of development annually. PDC has developed industrial, office and retail facilities in more than 200 markets. The firm is headquartered in Sacramento, California, and maintains offices throughout the United States, Canada and Europe.
