Located on a 4.26-acre site at 1355 Lakeview Drive on the southeast corner of Lakeside and Arbor Drives, the building has excellent exposure and immediate access to the interstate system via I-55. When the building is completed in April of 2003, Expert will relocate its corporate headquarter from Troy to Romeoville.

Palatine, IL-based Harris Architects, Inc., has designed the building, and Elgin, IL-based IHC Construction Companies, LLC, is the general contractor. In addition to warehouse space, the facility, which is expandable to 90,000 SF, includes 8,000 SF of office space and approximately 46,000 SF of state-of-the-art injection molding and automation systems. The precast concrete building has 24’ clear ceilings, a 15-ton bridge crane, two exterior docks, one drive-in door, and parking for 82 cars.
