Smyrna, GA--Panattoni Development Inc. has recently purchased a 103,000 square foot business/distribution facility in Smyrna, GA from Kelley Capital.
National Services Industries, the largest private envelope manufacturer, will continue to occupy the property, which is located in the highly sought-after Highlands Ridge Business Park.
Bob Burdell, Vice President of NAI Brannen Goddard, represented Panattoni in the transaction. Greg Kindred, Senior Development Manager of Panattoni, managed the transaction for the new owner.
