Warsaw - Panattoni Europe, the leading industrial space developer in Poland summed up H1 2010. Q1 and Q2 witnessed the conclusion of new lease contracts for 145,000 m² of warehouse space, including the largest deal in Poland signed with Tesco – 57,000 m². Panattoni Europe confirmed its position of industry leader.

145 000 m²
– industrial space under new contracts concluded by Panattoni Europe in H1 2010. The developer has registered an increase of leased space versus last year’s H1 evaluation, in which Panattoni recorded net take up of 107,000 m². Among concluded contracts in H1 2010, the biggest deal in Poland encompassing 57,000 m² of industrial space, a build-to-suit investment, was signed with Tesco.
H1 2010 also saw the construction of over 200,000 m², of which 137,000 m² constitutes BTSes, among others for Neuca in Panattoni Park Ozarów (20,100 m²), Cereal Partners Poland Torun-Pacific (CPP), a company belonging to Nestlé at Panattoni Park Torun (more than 30,000 m²), an eco warehouse for H&M at Panattoni Park Poznan I (30 000 m²) and the finalization of a build-to-suit warehouse for Farmacol. Moreover, Panattoni Europe finalized the construction of the third (of the five planned) facility at Panattoni Park Lódz East.
Not only in Poland…
It is noteworthy that Panattoni Europe intensified its activity also in the Czech Republic. H1 2010 saw 100% lease of existing space in two parks which the developer holds - Panattoni D5 Logistic Park and Panattoni Park Prague-Airport. At the same time Panattoni started to cooperate with Airport Logistic Park in the Czech Republic, as property manager of more than 56,000 m² of space. The developer has also become responsible for the commercialization of the facility. Moreover, Panattoni kicked off a BTS investment of 5,300 m² for Czech GM Electronic.

In H1 2010 Panattoni Europe developed a new website www.panattoni.pl
. In line with expectations it became a product service, expanded by a search engine of available space to lease and subpages of each logistic park, as well as a functional expert guide, including a glossary of terms used on the industrial space development market.
