The investment of Pruszków
Panattoni Park Pruszków III is the last phase of the developer’s investment located in Pruszków, about 15 km away from the center of Warsaw. The park is situated near route E30 from Warsaw to Poznan and clone to the planned highway A2 from Berlin to Moscow. Thanks to the great transport infrastructure connecting the area with other parts of Poland, the region of Pruszków is an attractive location for logistic companies and FMCG producers and distributors, supplying the local consumers’ goods market, and the European markets. The completion of A-2 building works will be an important factor increasing the region’s attractiveness, while the highway will soon connect west of Warsaw from Konotop junction, with the planned express routes S-2 and S-8. The Clients list includes such corporations as CAT LC Polska, Royal Collection, Simba Toys Polska, DSV, Lognet and Ceva Logistics. The first two buildings of total space almost 68,000 sqm were delivered in 3rd quarter of 2008; the last, third stage of Panattoni Park Pruszków III, completed in January 2009, offers 13,000 sqm to its tenants.

Last year Panattoni Park Pruszków received an award for the Best Warehouse/Logistics Industrial & Logistics Development of the Year 2008 in CIJ Awards Competition.

The cool Teoma
Teoma SA – the new tenant of Panattoni – a company operating in the air-conditioning and ventilation sector – has signed a contract to lease 1,700 sqm of space. The rented space will mainly serve as a storage area for air-conditioners. The new tenant will move in the warehouse in May 2009. – We chose the logistics center in Pruszków due to its attractive, promising location which will grow even more attractive as the infrastructure develops. – said Marcin Malicki, Logistics Director in Teoma SA. The contract with TEOMA SA is the second one signed recently by Panattoni Pruszków. 70% of the center has been already been rented out.

Modecom supplies Europe with PC cases
In Pruszków Henkel Polska will be neighbours with Modecom SA, the latter having rented space from Panattoni Park Pruszków III from February 2009. The company rented 4,400 sqm for warehousing and 600 sqm for offices. The new space will be used by Modecom as the warehouse and servicing center. According to Krzysztof Wójciak, Managing Director of Modecom, the company which offers PC cases directly from their warehouses to all of Europe, shall be highly competitive in its sector. The new Client chose Panattoni because of the high standard of the object and the optimalized logistics processes.

Panattoni in Mazowsze
- Warsaw area is a splendid location for renting warehouse and office space. Warsaw region is growing apart from the economic slow down, thus we still observe big demand for industrial space – commented Robert Dobrzycki, Managing Partner for CEE Region at Panattoni Europe. In Warsaw region Panattoni has located even 7 investments. Apart from the park in Pruszków, Panattoni owns distribution centers in Blonie – phase I (22,000 sqm) and phase II (24,000 sqm), in Teresin, offering 36,000 sqm to the tenants, in Garwolin (30,000 sqm) and in Ozarów. After completion of the new investments Panattoni will offer almost 260,000 sqm of modern warehouse and office space in Warsaw area. In 2008 the developer rented in Warsaw region almost 100,000 sqm which is almost ¼ of the total demand recorded in the area.
