Panattoni in Wielkopolska
The location of Wielkopolska in the area of transit router and well developer road infrastructure make it a very attractive region for logistics. The biggest advantage of Poznan is first of all its great communication with the West European transport network. Additionally, Wielkopolska is a strategic industrial region in the west of Poland, a consumers market of the considerable size and a resource of qualified work force. Due to the proximity of Germany the region is also a good location for logistics centers providing for the markets of the Western and Central Europe and for international logistics operators. Panattoni has been associated with Wielkopolska from 2005. The Park of Zerniki is the second investment of the developer in the Poznan area, after Panattoni Park Poznan I, located in Gadki, where H&M is the major tenant. In 2008 Poznan area held a leading position among the regions generating the highest market demand.
