Beneficial location
The Park of Myslowice is a flagship investment of Panattoni Europe. Companies and businesses from all of Poland can benefit from a great location and well-developed infrastructure of the region. It is an ideal spot for setting up a distribution center servicing both the Polish and European markets, with vast resources of highly qualified labor force. The location has recently attracted interest of Coca Cola HBC Poland, which is going to set up its distribution center in Myslowice. The Panattoni tenants appreciate the proximity of A4 highway running through Myslowice and express route S1, as well as a close distance – only 30 km away - from Pyrzowice international airport. Panattoni has contributed to improvement of the road system in the area of its investment by a gigantic realization of new road construction worth 30 mln PLN. The road junction investment included remodeling the whole communication scheme in the area, and realization of a road junction on the express Route S1, connecting it with the district road nr 934. The new junction – realized at a record pace – has improved the communication flow and road safety in Myslowice, as well as increased the attractiveness of other local plots to potential investors.
Panattoni in Silesia
Upper Silesia has been the key industrial region in the south of Poland, and a huge consumers market (within a radius of 100 km from the Silesian agglomeration there are over 6 mln inhabitants) as well as a good resource of qualified work force. Due to the proximity of the Czech Republic and Slovakia the region is also a great location for logistic centers servicing Central Europe and international logistics operators. Panattoni is all for Silesia: apart from the expansion of the Myslowice Park, the developer has been building new logistics centers in Gliwice and Czeladz. Only last year the developer rented over 75,000 sqm of warehouse and office space in the area.
