Warsaw - Panattoni Europe, one of the biggest developers of industrial space in Europe, has informed about starting a new investment in Nowa Wies Wroclawska. The new distribution center, Panattoni Park Wroclaw II, will take up 60,000 sqm of space, and the first building – Hall B, will be completed in the II Quarter of 2009.
New investment
The new investment of Panattoni lies only 17 km from Wroclaw city center, in a village called Nowa Wies Wroclawska, within the territory of Katy Wroclawskie gmina. The Park is located in a direct neighbourhood of A4 highway, near a planned Wroclaw circular road. Thanks to its favorable location the Park enjoys splendid connections with the city center, which supplies access to qualified workforce and possible use of public means of transport. Apart from a great road infrastructure the region can also offer the proximity of the German market.
The new Center will offer 60,000 sqm of new space to its Clients. This February construction works were kicked off for Hall B covering 19,000 sqm. The first phase of investment construction should be completed by 2nd Quarter of 2009. By the end of 2009 Panattoni is going to finish building Hall A of 40,000 sqm.
First Clients
Although the investment has only started off, it has already been partly rented out. The first tenant of Panattoni Park Wroclaw II was CJ International, which has signed a contract to lease over 5,000 sqm. The logistics operator will move in Hall B in April 2009. Last month the developer signed another contract to let out 10,000 sqm. The new tenant in the park will be a well-known producer of styropore and plastic moulds, Knauf Industries. The company is planning to move in the new seat in the beginning of September 2009. The new location will provide jobs to about 150 workers.
