Warsaw - Panattoni Europe, one of the biggest developers of the industrial space in Europe, has announced having signed a new lease contract with Henkel Polska. The new tenant will occupy 14,800 sqm in Panattoni Park Poznan II.
Complex Center in Zerniki
The logistics center of Zerniki is located 13 km away from Poznan, at the very crossing of A2 highway with S11 express route, ensuring an effective and fast transport and a great spot for logistics services process. The center comprises three building. After completion, which is scheduled during the first quarter of 2009, it will propose to tenants 88,000 sqm. Hall B of Panattoni Park Poznan II complex in Zerniki will soon welcome Henkel Polska. From the point of view of a company operating 7 production centers in Poland and satisfying the domestic market and foreign exports, the location of the warehouse is more than significant. – The perfect location of the Panattoni logistics park in Zerniki was one of the many advantages convincing us to start a long-term cooperation with Panattoni – said Zbigniew Stepien from Henkel Polska. The tenant will use warehouse and office space for a well-organized and modern logistics center.
New Tenant
The new tenant of the park in Zerniki, Henkel Polska, is a worldwide producer of many consumers’ brands and industrial technologies. The company has been present in Poland for 18 years and employs 1,200 people. The warehouse of Zerniki will serve as a logistics center for cosmetics, adhesive consumers’ goods and construction products. Henkel will use 14,300 sqm of Zerniki warehouse space and 500 sqm for offices. Other Panattoni partners in Poznan include: Kurier Sp. z o.o., Kulczyk Tradex, Still, arvato services Polska, Carry, No Limit i Hoppecke Baterie Polska, which in total leased almost 80,000 sqm of the space.
