Warsaw - Panattoni Europe, one of the biggest industrial space developers in Europe, has announced signing a contract with Saint-Gobain Sekurit HanGlas Polska Sp. z o.o. The French producer and distributor of glass will occupy 15,000 sqm of warehouse and office space in Panattoni Park Czeladz.
New tenant
A new investment of the developer in Poland, Panattoni Park Czeladz, has gained a new tenant. A global leader in glass production and distribution – Saint-Gobain Sekurit HanGlas Polska – decided to settle down in Czeladz. This is yet another big tenant, who has recently joined the clients of Panattoni Europe. The previous one, Raben Poland, had leased 11,000 sqm in Panattoni Park Stryków. – We are all in for the best location enabling providing efficient services for the Polish and European markets. Therefore, we are developing the portfolio of our parks in the Upper Silesia - commented Anna Kordos, Managing Director Panattoni Europe in Silesia.
New investment
Panattoni Park Czeladz, the third investment of the developer in the Upper Silesia, has been erected in the very heart of the Silesia agglomeration. The park lies in the east from Czeladz, just adjacent to the cross country 86 Route from Warszawa to Cieszyn, close to the cross junction with 88 from Bytom to Olkusz. The Center is situated near a crossing between A4 highway and S1 express route. The park is only 30 km away from the Pyrzowice airport. The location of the investment provides ideal conditions for domestic and international transport as well as easy access to the highly qualified labor force.
Panattoni in Silesia
The location and road infrastructure of Silesia make it a logistics center for Poland and Central Europe. – Silesia has the best infrastructure and is centrally located in our part of Europe. Therefore, we treat Silesia as one of our most prioritized locations which is highly recommended to our tenants – stressed Anna Kordos. The main advantage of Silesia is first of all great communication with pan-European transport network. In addition, the Upper Silesia is the key economic region in the south of Poland, a huge consumers’ market (there are over 6 mln people living within 100 km from the Silesian agglomeration) plus qualified human resources to be explored. Due to its proximity with the Czech Republic and Slovakia the region is also a very beneficial location for big logistic centers, servicing the Central European markets and for international logistics operators. Panattoni is all in for Silesia, by investing into new logistic centers in Gliwice and Czeladz and by developing its park in Myslowice. After completion of the investment the developer will own over 270,000 sqm of modern warehouse and office space in the region.
