Warsaw - Panattoni Europe, one of the biggest industrial space developers in Europe, has announced having signed a lease contract with Coca-Cola HBC Poland.
The flagship of Panattoni
The Park of Myslowice is a flagship investment of Panattoni Europe. Upon completion of all works it shall arise as one of the biggest logistics parks in Poland: 190,500 sqm of warehouse and office space. The Pyrzowice Airport is only 30 kilometers away. It is an ideal spot for setting up a distribution center servicing both the Polish and European markets. A4 highway running through Myslowice and express route S1 enable a prompt drive to Warsaw, Cracow, Bielsko-BIala, Cieszyn and other Polish and European cities. The park’s location creates perfect conditions for domestic and international spedition and easy access to qualified work force. So far, the investment, made available for tenants in November 2007, consisted of 1 building of 20,000 sqm, which was entirely leased to ND Logistics. In the second stage, enlarging the Park for another 45,374 sqm, two more buildings will be finalized: # D of 23,117 sqm and # C of 22,256 sqm. Both facilities will be ready for lease in the 1st quarter of 2009. Next building G shall be completed (33,415 sqm), in the 2nd quarter of 2009.

Mr Wojciech Gajewski from Coca-Cola HBC Poland said: - When we started looking for a logistics park to set up our new logistics center, we have strictly defined the decisive criteria regarding the features of the new space, especially with respect to its location and available infrastructure. The offer presented by Panattoni Europe has excellently fulfilled all our expectations. The new tenant will move into hall G in 2nd quarter of 2009. Coca-Cola HBC Poland will be neighbors with such other companies as: ND Logistics and DPD.
Panattoni in Silesia
The location and road infrastructure of Silesia make it a logistics center in Poland and the whole Central Europe. – Silesia has had the best central infrastructure and location in this part of Europe. Thus we treat it as one of the priority locations, which we have recommended to our tenants – stressed Anna Kordos, Manging Director of the Silesian branch of Panattoni. The essential advantage of Silesia is its very good communication with pan-European system of transport. Upper Silesia has been the key industrial region in the south of Poland, and a huge consumers market (within a radius of 100 km from the Silesian agglomeration there are over 6 mln inhabitants) as well as a good resource of qualified work force. Due to the proximity of the Czech Republic and Slovakia the region is also a great location for logistic centers servicing Central Europe and international logistics operators. Panattoni is all for Silesia: apart from the expansion of the Myslowice Park, the developer has been building new logistics centers in Gliwice and Czeladz. Upon their completion, the developer shall offer over 270,000 sqm of modern warehouse and office space in the region.
