Warsaw, Panattoni Europe, the leading industrial developer in Poland, has signed a lease agreement for 12,000 m2 in Panattoni Park Myslowice. The new customer, PartnerTech will open a production unit for enclosures and system integration.
Panattoni Park Myslowice has gained yet another prestigious customer. The new tenant of building C is PartnerTech. The investment is part of PartnerTech's effort to develop its operations in Eastern Europe and will boost the competitiveness of all units. - The investment will strengthen our established industrial structure, supply chain and manufacturing expertise and capacity - says Rune Glavare, President and CEO of PartnerTech – Through the high level of automation and technology we will be able to offer our customers more efficient, cost-effective and flexible production as well as a prime location for final assembly and fast distribution in Europe.
The new plant will serve as a production hub for the group and supply PartnerTech’s units with sheet metal components and system integration. It will be a state-of-the-art facility that combines a high level of automation and flexibility. The unit is scheduled to be up and running in the second quarter of 2010.
PartnerTech was advised by Jones Lang LaSalle who serves also as project manager of the facility in Myslowice. Beata Hryniewska, Head of Industrial & Logistics Agency at Jones Lang LaSalle comments - Adaptation of the warehouse building for production purposes was a strategic decision bearing in mind PartnerTech’s plans to combine a high technology production plant together with a modern distribution facility. I believe that PartnerTech’s decision was supported by Panattoni’s wide experience in cooperation with production companies as well as the very good location of the industrial park in Myslowice.

Panattoni Park Myslowice is the biggest investment so far in the developer’s portfolio. After full build-out it will be one of the biggest distribution centers in Poland, totaling over 190,5 thousand sqm of industrial space. In addition to delivering five warehouse facilities Panattoni has also invested in restructuring the existing communication node by constructing a road junction on the S1 express route accounting for around PLN 30 million. The recently opened facility has provided the park as well as the whole city of Myslowice with easy access to the S1 route. The tenants of the park are such companies as: DPD, CAT Group, Coca-Cola, Inter Cars, Intermarché, ND Logistics, Magneti Mirelli, Manuli Hydraulics and Rohlig.
Panattoni Park Myslowice is not only highly valued by the customers, but has also been acknowledged by industry professionals. During the CIJ Awards Poland 2009 Gala the park received the title of the Best Warehouse/Logistics Industrial & Logistics Development of the Year. Panattoni Park Myslowice was also chosen Industrial & Logistics Development of the Year 2009 in the CEE region by juries of the CEE Quality Awards 2010 initiative.
