Warsaw - Panattoni Europe, leading developer of warehouse space in Poland, initiated the construction of the second facility in Panattoni Park Ozarów. The park’s tenants are Loxxess-Transteam and a telecom company, which will together lease the total space of the new facility.
The construction of the second phase of Panattoni Park Ozarów was commenced in mid March 2010, as a result of concluding new lease contracts in the Warsaw region. The new tenants of Panattoni Park Ozarów are Loxxess-Transteam, a logistic company, and an entity operating on the telecom market. Loxxess–Transteam will lease 7,270 m2 of warehouse and 380 m2 of office space. The client was represented by Marek Kiwak of CB Richard Ellis.
- Loxxess-Transteam plans to execute two new projects in Ozarów i.e. Loxxess-Pharma (consignment warehouse) and Loxxess e-commerce. Thus, some of the warehouse space will be adapted in a way that would meet pharmaceutical business needs - very high service standards, temperatures maintenance between +15 +25 degrees Celsius and humidity up to 70%. Apart from specialist facilities, Loxxess-Transteam will render services in the scope of multilevel storage warehouse management – comments Anna Debska, General Manager Loxxess-Transteam.
The second tenant leased 9,210 m2 of warehouse and 700 m2 of office space. The new tenants will occupy the space in Q3 2010.
Panattoni Park Ozarów is situated in Ozarów Mazowiecki, ca 15km from Warsaw, in the vicinity of the E30 route running from Warsaw to Poznan and in the vicinity of the planned A2 Berlin-Moscow Highway. Currently the park consists of one building covering an area of ca 30,000 m2, whose tenants are ACP Pharma, Hand-Prod and Astellas Pharma and Mercator Papier. The distribution center is to cover 65,000 m2 and consist of three warehouse facilities. Currently the developer is overseeing the construction of parks in Czeladz, Poznan, Wroclaw and Warsaw. Panattoni is currently working on the construction of 100,000 m² of warehouse space. In Q2 construction work is to be kicked off in Gdansk, Torun and Gliwice.
