Warsaw - Panattoni Europe, leading industrial space developer, expands Panattoni Park Ozarów for NEUCA S.A. (formerly Torfarm S.A.). The new investment is a “build-to-suit” initiative and is fully consistent with pharmaceutical requirements and procedures.
This is already the third and final phase of Panattoni Park Ozarów, which was kicked off at the end of April. The build-to-suit investment covering 20,100 m² was ordered by NEUCA S.A. The new facility will be developed in accordance with detailed technical specifications and will be the most modern development in the industry. This will help the Tenant manage pharmacies more efficiently and process the completion and transfer of pharmaceuticals faster. The facility will consist of a warehouse covering an area of 18,050 m² and 2,050 m² of office space and workspace amenities.
Panattoni Park Ozarów is one of two build-to-suits investments executed by Panattoni Europe for NEUCA S.A (formerly Tofarm S.A) and yet another build-to-suit facility developed for the demanding pharmaceutical industry. The second facility will be constructed near Poznan. Together with the Ozarów facility it will replace and complete the currently operating NEUCA S.A warehouses in both cities. "We will use cutting-edge warehouse technology, thanks to which a lion share of the orders will be executed automatically. Whereas the strategic location will optimize the Group's supply chain," stated Robert Piatek, Vice President of Neuca S.A.
Panattoni Park Ozarów is lcoated 15km from the center of Warsaw, in Ozarów Mazowiecki, in close vicinity to the E30 Highway connecting Warsaw and Poznan, and close to the planned A2 Berlin-Moscow Highway. Currently the park consists of one building covering an area of ca 30,000 m², whose tenants are ACP Pharma, Hand-Prod, Astellas Pharma and Mercator Papier. Another building is under construction (ca 18,000 m²) at the request of Loxxess-Transteam and a telecom company. The distribution center is to cover 65,000 m² and consist of three warehouse facilities.
