Panattoni Europe’s client, Compania de Distribution Integral Logista Polska Sp. z o.o, leader in the market of storing and distributing valuable goods extended its lease contract with the developer. It concerns the currently leased space in Panattoni Park Poznan I. Moreover, the Tenant increased the leased space by more than 5,400 m², of which 320 m² is office, while 5,080 m² warehouse space. In total Compania de Distribution Integral Logista Polska Sp. z o.o. leases more than 8,000 m² in the park. The warehouse is used for the storage and distribution of goods in northern and western Poland.
