Warsaw - Panattoni Europe, leading industrial space developer in Poland, has signed lease contracts for 5,000 square meters of warehouse space at Panattoni Park Wroclaw II. Consequently, the Wroclaw distribution center is now fully leased.
Panattoni Europe has signed three successive lease contracts for the existing space at Panattoni Park Wroclaw II. The new tenants are Kolporter Service SA, ABRA SA and Apreo Logistics SA.
Part of the Kolporter Group, Poland’s biggest distributor of prepaid phone credits, tobacco products, OTC drugs and FMCGs, Kolporter Service SA is Panattoni Europe’s new customer taking up 1,800 square meters of space.
The nationwide furniture chain, ABRA SA will take up 1,600 square meters of space at Panattoni Park Wroclaw II. The company is a regular customer of the developer’s and combined with the space leased at the parks in Stryków and Gdansk, occupies 7,500 squre meters of Panattoni warehouse space.
With regard to the logistics operator Apreo Logistics SA at Panattoni Park Wroclaw II, the company has expanded its previously leased space by 1,600 sqare meters, for a total of 6,600 square meters leased.
Panattoni Park Wroclaw II is the second modern distribution centre Panattoni Europe has developed in Lower Silesia. At full built-out, the facility will comprise two buildings with the total space of 60,000 square meters. Together with Panattoni Park Wroclaw I, the facilities will offer 144,000 square meters of industrial space in the region. The project is located in Nowa Wies Wroclawska, 14 km from the city centre of Wroclaw and only 13 km from the international airport in Wroclaw. The airport operates flights to Europe’s biggest capital cities, while convenient ground transportation is ensured by the direct vicinity of the A4 motorway, next to the Pietrzykowice Junction. It is here that the region’s most strategic routes meet – the routes A4, E67 and A8, the latter being the Wroclaw bypass.
