Warsaw - Panattoni Europe, leading industrial space developer in Poland, announced the initiation of construction on Panattoni Lódz Business Center, located within Lódz. The first clients have leased 7,100 square meters in the “small business units” of this exeptional business park.
Panattoni Europe initiated construction on the first of two planned facilities at Panattoni Lódz Business Center, which will cover approximately 9,000 square meters each. The investment is inspired by an innovative idea to combine the functionality of a warehouse together with a representative office. The concept was positively acknowledged by the developer’s two new clients, DS Smith, a package and corrugated board producer belonging to an international holding, (2,600 square meters) and a pharmaceutical company, whose warehouse space will constitute a Build-To-Suit (BTS) investment. The facility is equipped with temperature regulation, which is a requirement that must be met in terms of pharmaceutical storage.
Panattoni Lódz Business Center, the first investment of this type, offers space for "small business units”. This means that the park is customized to the needs of smaller tenants, offering minimized warehouse modules, with the units fluctuating around 1,600 square meters each. The warehouse offers modern Class-A space, with access to docks and a drive-in doors from the ground floor, dedicated both for storage and light production.
Panattoni Lódz Business Center is located at the junction of Puszkin and Dostawcza Streets in Lódz Widzew, in the vicinity of the communication node that joins the A1 and A2 motorways, merely 5 km from the center of Lódz, near the "Andrespol” A1 (Gdansk-Cieszyn) Motorway node. www.panattoni.pl
