Panattoni Europe has become the property manager of more than 56,000 m² at Airport Logistic Park near Prague International Airport. In cooperation with Pramerica Real Estate Investors ("Pramerica"), which is the real estate investment management business of Prudential Financial, Inc. of the U.S., Panattoni will be also responsible for the commercialization and asset management of the logistics centre. Currently Airport Logistic Park consists of three warehouse buildings, and it is 70% leased.

Panattoni is also proud to announce the first deal carried out on behalf of Pramerica. Logistics company VAMAR INTERNATIONAL leased more than 8,500 m² of warehouse /office space. This transaction was brokered by DTZ. Martin Šumera, senior industrial agent at DTZ said, “We appreciate a proactive and professional approach from Panattoni in respect of dealing with technical and commercial requests from Vamar International.”

Airport Logistic Park is located west of Prague city centre, connected to the D7 highway, close to the village of Kneževes. The Prague ring road provides a fast highway link from the airport area to logistics routes serving destinations throughout the Czech Republic and Central Europe.

The entire complex comprises 3 warehouse facilities surrounded by service road and main administrative building. Each building provides the capacity of 18,000 m² of industrial space, which can be divided by fire walls to 4 separate warehouse units of the area 4,500 m². Each warehouse section has two built in administration units containing office premises, toilets, changing rooms/lockers and facilities for battery charging and waste disposal. The distribution center is equipped with loading ramps with gates and provides great daylight and heating standards.
