In terms of Mercator Papier Sp. z o.o., one of the largest paper distributors in the world, the contract is regarding the expansion of leased space by 2,600 m², which gives a total of more than 8,000 m² of space that is leased from the developer.

RHENUS DATA Office Polska Sp. z o.o. is part of RHENUS group, which belongs to RETHMANN AG & Co. KG. The company is one of the largest family-based enterprises in the world, dealing with recycling, biotechnology and logistics. In Poland, RHENUS DATA Office renders document management services. The contract concerns 1,370 m², of which 60 m² will be customized to meet the needs of a modern office. The remaining space will be built to accommodate a modern document archive.

Panattoni Park Ozarów comprises three buildings covering 67,800 m². The entire distribution center is 95% leased. One of the buildings is a Build-to-Suit investment fully tailored to meet pharmaceutical requirements and procedures. The investment is being developed for Neuca and covers an area of 20,100 m² (18,050 m² of warehouse and more than 2,050 m² of office space). Another facility under construction is a warehouse covering 17,600 m², whose tenants are Loxxess-Transteam Sp. z o.o. (7,670 m²), logistics operator and a telecom company (9,910 m²).

Panattoni Park Ozarów is situated in Ozarów Mazowiecki ca 15km west of Warsaw, directly next to Route 2 (E30) connecting Warsaw and Poznan and in close vicinity to the "Pruszków” node, on the A2 motorway running from Berlin to Moscow. www.panattoni.pl
