Two new buildings Join Quaker State, BMW in I-20 Industrial Park in Lancaster

DALLAS, TX – One of North Texas’ most successful industrial parks is getting a major expansion.
Developers started two more buildings in the Park 20/35 development in Lancaster.
That’s the same warehouse campus ion Interstate 20 where Quaker Foods, BMW and logistics firm NFI have major facilities.
Park 20/35 was originally developed by ProLogis. But the development land and buildings was recently sold to the California State Teachers Retirement System.
Panattoni Development is building the latest two buildings in the project on Houston School Road.
The two 211,948-square-foot buildings – the sixth and seventh at Park 20/35 will be ready in June.
CBRE’s Kacy Jones and John Hendricks are leasing the two properties.
Panattoni and Calstrs have a $1 billion development partnership and do projects across the country.
The two firms built the huge new Procter & Gamble distribution center on Interstate 45 in Wilmer.
