Panattoni plans another 1 million-square-foot building in Mt. Juliet

NASHVILLE, TN – Panattoni is again going big in Mt. Juliet.
The Tennessean reports that the developer has submitted plans for a 1 million-square-foot building to the city’s planning department.
Known as Beckwith North, it would be immediately north of Beckwith West, where Panattoni is building a 1 million-square-foot distribution center for Under Armour.
Under Armour has described its distribution center, a $100 million investment that will create 1,500 jobs, as its first phase locally, with the potential for another 1 million square feet. However, it is unclear whether this new building is slated for Under Armour.
The Tennessean was unable to reach either Panattoni or Under Armour. Mt. Juliet City Planner Bo Logan, meanwhile, told The Tennessean that a potential user for the building “is still up in the air.”
