Todd serves as the company’s Houston Partner. He oversees the firm’s industrial, office and build-to-suit activities for the Houston office. Todd has been responsible for more than 4.1 million square feet of development and redevelopment throughout his career including the recent 157,000 square foot build-to-suit for Cyrus One and a 420,000 square foot build-to-suit for Igloo. He has started construction on the firm’s largest Houston industrial initiative to date with the acquisition of 125 acres master planned project in Houston’s premier northwest industrial submarket.  The site can accommodate 2 million square feet of distribution space.

Doug serves as the company’s Nevada Partner and brings more than 33 years of knowledge and expertise to his role.  He is responsible for all aspects of the development of office, industrial and retail projects across the state as well as for large national clients. His most recent projects include the multi-phase, 2.5 million square foot South Airport Center (which included two build-to-suits for Amazon in west Henderson), and the North Valleys Commerce Center, a 10-building industrial campus totaling approximately 3.9 million square feet in Reno.  Doug has completed more than 17 million square feet of development in Nevada, with an additional 5 million square feet planned. Named one of the Developers of the Decade by NAIOP Northern Nevada, he is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), a former president and board member of NAIOP Northern Nevada and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). He is also a founding board member of Northern Nevada Children’s Cancer Foundation, an organization assisting families with children battling pediatric cancer and is a current member and past President of Reno Central Rotary.  In addition to his role as the Nevada partner, Doug serves as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Panattoni’ s relationship with Amazon.com throughout the United States.

Bart’s notable projects include: 535,850 square feet at Des Moines Creek Business Park, 914,000 square feet for the Whirlpool Distribution Center and 1.5 million square feet at Rainier Park of Industry distribution center. Bart is a member and past president of NAIOP.

Mark is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), Missouri Growth Association and National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).

Katina serves as the Director of Human Resources for Panattoni Development Company. She provides oversight on strategic leadership and day-to-day management of recruitment, compensation, training, benefits and employee relations. Katina also serves as an internal consultant to management and employees on HR issues that affect performance and business relationships.
