Dayne serves as the company’s Atlanta Partner. He is responsible for business procurement, development management, leasing and day-to-day operations for the Atlanta office. Dayne has been an integral part of the execution of multiple build-to-suits and acquisitions throughout the country including build-to-suits for Georgia Pacific, Unilever, Caterpillar, Volkswagen, Helen of Troy and Hollister.

John serves as one of the company’s Chicago Partners. He is responsible for overall development, acquisition, disposition and day-to-day operations for the Chicago office. John joined Panattoni in 2001 and has since developed or acquired in excess of 15 million square feet.

Jason serves as one of the company’s Chicago Partners. He is responsible for overall development, acquisition, disposition and day-to-day operations for the Chicago office. John joined Panattoni in 2003 and has since developed or acquired in excess of 15 million square feet.

James oversees the company’s National Build-to-Suit group and is also the Denver Partner. His responsibilities include development of single/multi-city build-to-suit projects throughout the U.S and Canada. He has been directly responsible for over 14 million square feet of development/construction.

Todd serves as the company’s Houston Partner. He oversees the firm’s industrial, office and build-to-suit activities for the Houston office. Todd has been responsible for more than 4.1 million square feet of development and redevelopment throughout his career including the recent 157,000 square foot build-to-suit for Cyrus One and a 420,000 square foot build-to-suit for Igloo. He has started construction on the firm’s largest Houston industrial initiative to date with the acquisition of 125 acres master planned project in Houston’s premier northwest industrial submarket. The site can accommodate 2 million square feet of distribution space.

Doug serves as the company’s Reno/Las Vegas/Phoenix Partner. He is responsible for all aspects of the development of office, industrial and retail projects in Nevada and Arizona. Doug’s recent projects include the 770,000 square foot build-to-suit for Petco and a 423,000 build-to-suit for Mary’s Gone Crackers in Reno, an 68,000 square foot build-to-suit for 3G in Las Vegas, and completions of nearly 2.5 million square feet of speculative development in both northern and southern Nevada in 2017. 2018 plans include approximately 1.2 million square feet in Nevada.

Jacob serves as a Partner at Panattoni Development Company where he is responsible for all aspects of Panattoni's office and industrial activities throughout Southern California which includes acquisitions, development, capital structuring, leasing, management, and disposition.

Tim serves as the company’s Northern California Partner. He is responsible for overseeing the company’s office, retail, and industrial activities in Northern California. He has been lead development manager on 37 projects since joining Panattoni Development.

Bart serves as the company’s Seattle Partner. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the development process, including land acquisition, design, leasing and sales. Bart’s notable projects include: 535,850 square feet at Des Moines Creek Business Park, 914,000 square feet for the Whirlpool Distribution Center and 1.5 million square feet at Rainier Park of Industry distribution center. Bart is a member and past president of NAIOP.

Travis serves as the company’s Seattle Partner alongside Bart Brynestad. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the development process, including land acquisition, design, leasing and sales.

Mark serves as the company’s Saint Louis and Indianapolis Partner. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization’s activities in those markets. He has been involved in the development of approximately 7 million square feet of commercial real estate and 1,500 acres of land with an aggregate value in excess of $650 million. Mark is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), Missouri Growth Association and National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
Regional Partner - Southeast U.S.View Office
Whitfield serves as the company’s Southeastern Partner. He oversees all business procurement, development management, leasing and day-to-day operations for the Southeast. Since 2005, Whitfield has developed in excess of 20 million square feet of industrial, office and retail projects in 7 states. Whitfield is also active in SIOR, NAIOP, Nature Conservancy, and the United Way.
Partner - NortheastView Office
Johan serves as the company’s Northeastern Partner. He oversees all business procurement, development management, leasing, and day-to-day operations for the Northeast. Since 2005, Johan has acquired more than 2,500 acres of land and has developed in excess of 25 million square feet of industrial projects. Johan is an active member of SIOR and NAIOP.
Director of Asset Management
Jennie serves as the Director of Asset Management for Panattoni Development Company. She is directly responsible for implementing reporting processes/training for asset management, oversight of the 3rd party management companies and facilitating transition of new acquisitions into the portfolio.
Director of Human Resources
Katina serves as the Director of Human Resources for Panattoni Development Company. She provides oversight on strategic leadership and day-to-day management of recruitment, compensation, training, benefits and employee relations. Katina also serves as an internal consultant to management and employees on HR issues that affect performance and business relationships.
Partner - PhoenixView Office
John DiVall is Panattoni Development Company’s Partner for the Phoenix market. As a partner, John will be responsible for all aspects of development of industrial, office, and retail projects, as well as the supervision of staff personnel within the region. In addition, he will oversee all phases of real estate development of commercial real estate projects.
