Panattoni Acquires Industrial Building

Tamarac, FL–Panattoni Development Company, Inc. has recently purchased a 135,000 square foot industrial facility located on a 7.58 acre property at 10200 NW 67th in Tamarac, FL. The announcement was made by Denver Glazier, Development Manager in charge of Panattoni’s activities in Florida.

The building, purchased from Arch Aluminum and Glass, features 15,000 square feet of office space and has the capacity for division of areas starting at 35,000 square feet per unit. Highlights include 11 Dock High Loading Positions, 8 loading ramps, 24-foot clear ceilings, 8,000 Amp electrical service and ample parking. Natural gas service is available, as well as, three overhead bridge cranes. The property has office, warehouse, manufacturing and production capabilities.

Recent upgrades include a newly painted building exterior, high efficiency fluorescent lighting installed in the warehouse, updated warehouse office and restrooms, roof enhancement, re-designed landscaping, and a new monument sign.
