NASHVILLE, TN – The Country Music Association welcomes 2016 with a new home in a Music Row office building, according to the Nashville Business Journal. CMA is planning to swap its current headquarters for 27,000 square feet of space in a $31 million facility.

CMA will move at 35 Music Square East, a new class A office building located in a high profile Nashville spot. The company intends to sign a decade-long lease for the first two floors within the 95,000-square-foot project.

The office building is being constructed by Panattoni Development Co. The company will also acquire the Country Music Association’s current building on One Music Circle South. In the new office, CMA will be able to gather the day-to-day staff and TV production team under one roof, while still providing a state-of-the-art event space for the industry.

Panattoni specializes in industrial, office and build-to-suit developments and has a portfolio of more than 200 million square feet, along with 24 offices in the Unites States, Canada and Europe. Panattoni will also be a tenant at 35 Music Square East, along with SESAC.
