Construction to Begin on 2.3M-square-foot Logistics Center

A California real estate developer has paid $25.75 million for Rausch Creek Logistics Center, a fully approved two-building logistics park totaling approximately 2,387,295 square feet of industrial space.

Panattoni Development Company purchased the property from Tremont FT LLC, an affiliate of Viridian Partners. The deal closed on July 12.

The Rausch Creek Logistics Center is located at 978 Gap Street in Hegins Township, Schuylkill County near Valley View, and sits immediately off of exit 107 of Interstate 81.

Site work and construction is set to begin within the next 30 days. The first building will have 1,346,755 square feet of space and is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2022. The second building will be comprised of 1,040,540 square feet of space and will be ready for construction in early 2022. There will be more than 550 spaces between the two properties.

Michael Hess, Bart Anderson and Patrick Lafferty of CBRE, a commercial real estate services and investment firm represented the seller in the real estate transaction.
