Construction is set to begin on the Tall Firs Industrial Park, a two-building industrial complex within Tehaleh near Bonney Lake, according to industry reports. The project, developed by Panattoni Development Co., will add 216,000 square feet of Class A industrial space to the growing community. The complex will be situated on an 11.5-acre site at 14621 and 14719 170th Ave. E. within Tehaleh’s 112-acre Commerce Center, designated for light industrial, office, and retail development. The two buildings are projected to be completed by summer 2025.

Tehaleh is a master-planned community from Brookfield Residential, managed by Brookfield Properties. Brookfield Residential purchased Newland Communities, Tehaleh’s original developer, in 2021.
