Panattoni Development Company Expands Region for Tim Schaedler as Partner for Nevada

(Sacramento, CA) – Panattoni Development Company is pleased to announce company veteran and acting Northern mCalifornia Partner, Tim Schaedler, has expanded his territory to include Nevada. This appointment follows Doug Roberts, mthe current Nevada Partner, taking on the role of Panattoni’ s President, National Development Group and a member of the mcompany’s Investment Committee.

“Tim has been with Panattoni Development Co. for nearly 20 years and his way of doing business completely mirrors the mway we have conducted business in Nevada for 25 years. I am very excited to see how Tim will work to continue to grow the mcompany’s presence in Nevada,” said Roberts.

Schaedler, currently a Partner for Panattoni’ s Northern California Region, brings two decades of experience with the mcompany since joining in 2004. During his tenure, Schaedler has successfully managed more than $1.5 billion in speculative and build-to-suit projects. His responsibilities will include leading a team across three offices, overseeing investment underwriting, due diligence, financing, development entitlements, architectural design, construction budgets, lease negotiations, and dispositions. Schaedler’ s extensive background covers land entitlement, development, construction, and leasing of office and industrial projects, spanning more than 23 years.

Schaedler said “Nevada is an important region for our company and this transition is made much easier by the infrastructure Doug has put into place in Reno and Las Vegas over the last 25 years. We have capacity for an additional 7 million square feet, so we are hitting the ground running.”

Over the past 25 years, Panattoni Development has been an active contributor to Nevada’s economic development. The ,company has played a significant role in delivering commercial real estate projects for tenants such as Amazon, Petco, ,Mary’s Gone Crackers, Trex, Petsmart, Urban Outfitters, Tempur Sealy, and others, including S&S Activewear, which occupied the largest speculative space in state history.
