Panattoni Development Company names new partner for Georgia

A leading developer of commercial real estate has selected a new leader to oversee its Peach State operations.
California-based Panattoni Development Company has appointed Joe Guion to serve as partner for its Georgia market, effective January 1.
In his new role, Guion will lead Panattoni’s development pursuits in the state, supervising all areas of development, including origination, construction, leasing and disposition, according to a news release from the company dated July 23.
He will succeed Dayne Pryor, who has been promoted to the role of managing partner for Panattoni’s southeastern region, per the release.
