Panattoni Development Company to Develop 93,000 sf Operations Center for ICF International, Inc

Herndon, VA–ICF International, Inc., headquartered in Fairfax, VA, has selected Panattoni Development Company to develop its operations center in Martinsville, Virginia.

The new operations center, designed by MGMA Architects, will provide 93,000 total square feet on approximately 14 acres. It will house ICF’s contracting support services operations. The new facility will add more than 500 jobs over the next several years.

Gregory Y. Lubar and Allen Tucker, both Managing Directors of Jones Lang LaSalle’s Washington D.C. Office, represented ICF International, Inc. in the negotiations.
