Panattoni Preps Pad for 1.5 MSF Spec Building at Lambert Farms
Monday, October 24th 2016
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Panattoni Development Company today said it started grading a site for a speculative distribution center of up to 1.5 million square feet at its Lambert Farms development in Henry County, south of Atlanta.
This comes on the heels of Panattoni and JLL Atlanta securing a full-building lease with upscale designer Tory Burch for the first spec building at Lambert Farms, a 753,000-square-foot distribution center.
A JLL team led by Executive Vice President Wit Truitt, Senior Vice President Chris Tomasulo and Associate Reed Davis, who leased the first building at Lambert Farms, also will market the second building.
Panattoni expects to announce a start date for construction on the new building later this month.
