Dallas Featured Projects

The Project is a 1,407,319 SF cross dock distribution building, featuring a 36’ clear height, 630’ wide depth and 78’9” column spacing. The Building is situated in the DalPort Trade Center in Wilmer, Texas, a southern suburb of Dallas.

Midpoint Logistics Center is a 250-acre master-planned industrial park located in the south Dallas submarket of Lancaster, Texas. The park is strategically located on Dallas Avenue providing direct access to Interstate 20, and close proximity to other major transportation arteries: I-35 and I-45. We broke ground on the park’s first building; a 709,280 SF build-to-suit project, expandable to 1,009,280 SF, that is expected to be completed in July 2018. The next phase is developing two speculative 769,500 SF cross-dock buildings with modern amenities such as 36’ clear height, 54’x50’ column spacing with 60’ speed bays, 7” inch slab, 190’ truck courts, and an abundance of auto and trailer parking.
